Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Stock Controller to manage redundant, obsolete, and ageing stock within the Fidelity ADT division. This includes finding opportunities to sell, repurpose, or write off stock as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of security products and excellent inventory management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Reduction: Efficiently manage redundant, obsolete, and ageing stock, identifying opportunities for repurposing, selling, or writing off items.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate control of ROA stock with inventory optimization techniques.
- Stock Ordering: Assist with stock or parts orders, including handling requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Reporting: Compile and present weekly management reports on stock status, highlighting key actions taken.
Qualifications & Attributes:
Essential:
- PC Literate: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is critical in handling stock accurately.
- Team Player: Must be able to collaborate with the team while managing people effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security products, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
Beneficial:
- SAP Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

- Strong Administrative Skills: Must be able to handle detailed stock-related administrative tasks efficiently.
