About the Role
Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Inland) to provide administrative support to the Sales Team in the regions. The role involves coordinating sales-related activities, managing documents, and assisting with the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations to support business development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Administrative Support
- Provide regions with sales-related documents and keep all relevant certificates up to date.
- Assist with drafting sales documentation, presentations, and weekly sales reports.
- Update the contract register monthly and manage sales meeting schedules.
- Manage and update the Inland Sales Commercial and Corporate database.
- Assist Business Development Managers with compiling reports and commissions.
- Sales Proposals and Presentations
- Assist with the compilation of sales proposals for the region.
- Provide support for developing presentations and compile customer references.
- Marketing and CRM Support
- Provide coordination support for marketing projects and monitor CRM utilization and compliance.
- Customer Focus and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, telemarket, and canvas leads for Site Services.
- Follow up on customer complaints and log new business deals.
- Reporting
- Deliver professional sales proposals and presentations.
- Accurately report on segment activity and produce business plans.
Skills and Competencies
- Well-organized with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literate with good reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a large matrix organization.
- Strong customer focus and knowledge of the services industry.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a background in research and database management.
Qualifications
- Matric.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
