A premier destination known for its luxurious accommodations and pristine natural beauty is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join their team. The reserve is committed to providing guests with an exceptional and comfortable experience, ensuring every detail of their stay is perfect.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and staff accommodations to the highest standards.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle cleaning equipment.
