Role Overview
As an Admin Assistant at iStore, you will play a vital role in supporting the Admin/Operations Manager with tasks like inventory management, stock control, and asset management. You’ll help to ensure that all policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly adhered to, minimizing risk and optimizing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management to maintain efficient stock control and minimize losses.
- Support in managing assets, ensuring compliance with iStore’s risk management protocols.
- Ensure that all iStore policies and SOPs are followed to maintain smooth operational workflow.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize retail processes and ensure effective communication across departments.
Requirements
- Completed Matric Certificate (Tertiary qualifications would be an advantage).
- 1+ years of administration experience in a retail environment or a related industry.
- Alternatively, 2+ years of admin experience in another sector, with a passion for the tech industry.
