Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Admin/Operations Manager with stock control and inventory management to minimize risk and ensure accuracy.
- Manage asset tracking and perform regular audits in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with iStore’s policies and procedures, providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate documentation and records related to pre-owned Apple products, ensuring efficient data management.
Requirements
- Completed Matric Certificate (a Tertiary Qualification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 1+ years of admin experience in a retail environment.
- Alternatively, 2+ years of administrative experience in other industries.
Skills and Qualities
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administration and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address diverse audiences using multiple formats and tools.
