Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant in Bopedi, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have the drive to deliver exceptional in-store sales and marketing experiences, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration: Handle all necessary sales documentation and reporting.
- In-store Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell products while maximizing store visibility.
- Customer Satisfaction & Service: Provide outstanding service, addressing customer needs and queries to enhance their shopping experience.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a retail sales environment, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Education: Matric; Diploma/NQF level 5.
- Skills:
- Sales acumen: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Marketing principles: Knowledge of effective retail marketing strategies.
- Customer service: Excellent skills in building customer relationships.
- Administration: Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
