Overview:
Tenacity Financial Services is seeking Late Stage Collections Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Collections Agent, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives by negotiating payment arrangements with delinquent or arrear customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Collections Calls: Contact delinquent customers to establish and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly collections targets.
- Payment Negotiations: Conduct professional negotiations to ensure account rehabilitation and reduce outstanding balances.
- Customer Service: Provide product information, legislative updates, and address account-related queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage customer account-related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies regarding breaks, absences, and disciplinary rules.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is a must.
- At least 2 years of collections experience in a call centre environment.
- Strong understanding of retail credit account management.
- Proficiency in Debtor Systems and Account Management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to excel in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
