Job Overview:
TWK Agri is seeking a Claims Clerk for the Insurance Department at Ermelo, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling claims-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims and arrange for payments.
- Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record, and update customer claims.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Prepare claim reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- At least 3 years of work experience in short-term insurance.
- RE5 certificate (advantageous).
- Computer literacy.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deadline-driven with good organizing and planning skills.
