Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
- Ensure food quality standards and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are upheld.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and order processes.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Maximize profitability by meeting sales and gross profit (GP%) targets, while motivating the team.
- Manage staff, including disciplinary actions and scheduling work rosters.
- Work collaboratively within the team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or fast-food service industry.
- GAAP/Micros experience and knowledge (Advantageous).
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
