Purpose:
To ensure quality products are received and prepared for customers in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per SOP.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld according to SOP.
- Prepare menu items efficiently, maintaining both quality and speed of service.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a restaurant or fast-food service.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- National Senior Certificate required.
