Description:
As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering a positive customer experience. Key duties include:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Promoting a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Maintaining administrative compliance and high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Licenses and Certificates (Non-negotiable):
- SACAA Cabin Crew License.
- Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate.
- Dangerous Goods Certificate.
- Ditching Certificate.
- Fire Fighting Certificate.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid South African driver’s licence and own motor vehicle.
- Level 4 English language proficiency.
- Medically fit and able to swim.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with early morning sign-ons and late evening sign-offs.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented, with a focus on diplomacy and integrity.
- High commitment to safety, able to remain calm under stressful conditions.
- Professional demeanor and conduct.
