
Job Title: Sales/Orders Administrator

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A valid code 08 driver’s license is advantageous.
- Proficient in English (writing, understanding, and communication).
- No criminal record.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (Accpac, Weighbridge, and Batching systems knowledge will be advantageous).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations for account and cash customers.
- Prepare pro-forma invoices.
- Open and monitor sales purchase orders.
- Issue receipt numbers for payments from cash customers.
- Provide sales information to management upon request.
- Process price increases or adjustments as per management’s requests.
- Liaise with plant managers, weighbridge clerks, and batchers regarding orders for delivery.
- Coordinate with the credit controller on customer queries, credit limits, and account status.
- Ensure internal control processes regarding daily sales transactions.
- Process daily updates for cancelled and manual delivery notes.
- Handle daily interface of sales transactions with the Accpac system and issue sales invoices.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be medically fit according to the Mine Health and Safety Act and company standards.
