
Position: Administrator (Learning and Development Department)
Location: Afrimat Iron Ore, Kathu
Closing Date: 25 September 2024
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a training administrator or in a similar role
- Safety experience would be advantageous
- Proven track record of business administration skills and filing systems
- Thorough understanding of the training and safety environment specifically in the mining industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail – accuracy in recordkeeping, reports, and communication
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Maintaining and upkeeping of the training database
- Providing training material needed by trainers
- Making copies and filing completed assessments
- Communicating with external service providers
- Printing certificates for signatures
- Sending completed documents to relevant sites
- Assisting with document control of the mine on procedures, etc.
