Description:
- Provide relief for reception and cashier duties as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of customer invoices.
- Assist with inventory auditing through accurate cycle counting.
- Organize and consolidate month-end statements and tabulate data.
- Maintain records of business transactions and office activities.
- Handle onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Assist with skills development and employment equity reporting.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, including leave forms and WCA claims.
- Support recruitment administration and job advertising.
- Capture GRNs/CVRs and invoices accurately into the system.
- Reconcile creditors to supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- File documents related to GRNs, delivery notes, and orders.
- Uphold and promote company values and culture.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Business Management N4 – N6.
- Human Resources N4 – N6.
- 3 years of general administration experience.
