Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in customer interactions.
- Provide legal advice and support to the customer care team regarding customer service policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve legal inquiries from customers or external parties.
- Work closely with the legal team to handle any legal matters related to customer care.
- Develop and maintain legal documents, templates, and resources for the customer care team.
- Conduct customer care training sessions to educate team members on legal compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (law degree jobs).
- Previous experience in a legal compliance role or customer service job.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to customer interactions.
- Excellent written communication skills, including accuracy in grammar and spelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
