Job Description:

As a Sales Representative for New Vehicles at Lindsay Saker, you will play a pivotal role in growing, managing, and retaining both new and existing customers to meet sales volumes that contribute to the overall growth of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior customer service and ensure that both the Brand and Dealership are actively marketed and promoted within the target market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and promote the Brand and Dealership within the target market to ensure brand visibility.
  • Penetrate the vehicle market in a well-organized, trained, and professional manner.
  • Maximize sales by identifying new customers while maintaining relationships with current customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction benchmarks and uphold dealership and OEM standards.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targeted unit sales and gross profit objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Grade 12 required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales with a proven track record.
  • Certification: Valid and unendorsed driver’s license; OEM Sales certification is an advantage.
  • Performance: Proven track record with an average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating above the national average.
