We are looking for a multi-talented individual who can seamlessly transition between various roles within our establishment. The primary focus of this position will be on culinary duties, but the ideal candidate will also be flexible and willing to assist in other areas such as reception, cleaning, bartending, and waitering. **Responsibilities:**
**Culinary Duties:**
– Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
– Plan and execute menus that cater to the diverse tastes of our guests.
– Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
– Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
– Innovate and introduce new recipes and culinary techniques to enhance our menu offerings.
**Reception Duties:**
– Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
– Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide information about the villa’s services and amenities.
– Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest complaints professionally.
**Cleaning Duties:**
– Ensure all areas of the villa are kept clean and tidy, including guest rooms, common areas, and kitchen.
– Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
– Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and ready for guest use.
**Bartending and Waitering Duties:**
– Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with a high level of skill and presentation.
– Take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
– Set up dining areas for service, including arranging tables, setting up linens, and preparing silverware.
– Engage with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.

**Salary:** R7,000 – R8,000 per month
**Education:**
– High School (matric) (Preferred)
**Experience:**
– At least 1 year of experience in the food industry, catering, or cooking is required.
