HANDYMAN BRICKLAYER
Duties will entail: Building of walls for office renovations • Plastering of walls • Repair of bricklaying defaults • Demolishing of dilapidated structures • Laying and replacing of wall and floor tiles • Performs administrative function • Performs supervisory and management function. Minimum requirements: Grade 11 OR equivalent N2 certificate •Trade test certificate (Bricklaying) • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in bricklaying • Valid Code C1 driving licence • Supervisory skills • Required to perform the various tasks of a bricklayer • Good communication skills in two of the three official Western Cape languages. HANDY PAINTER
Duties will entail: Clear area and build/erect scaffolding • Clean the working area before painting works start• Mixing wall stopping for the filling up cracks of wall • Paint various areas by applying various coats and types of paint to masonry, plaster, dry walling, wood, steel, sports courts• Performs administrative function • Performs supervisory and management function. Minimum requirements: Grade 11 OR equivalent N2 certificate •Trade test certificate (Painter) • 1-2 years’ relevant experience as a painter • Valid Code B driving licence • Supervisory skills • Required to perform the various tasks of a painter • Good communication skills in two of the three official Western Cape languages.
