Pharmacy clerk

Role summary
The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for capturing all goods received (ethical, surgical, theatre, specified front shop)
into the system according to the appropriate policy and procedure
Key work output and accountabilities
Stock control management
 Capturing of DBO invoices
 Capturing of pharmacy invoices
 Partake in Green Procurement Processes
 Reconciliation of SLT
 Sending claims for credit to CPD
 Liaison with CPD
 Monthly reconciliation of outstanding GRV list
 Responsible for supplier returns and stock upliftments
 Filing and record keeping
 Assist with monthly cyclic count
 Assist with bi- annual pharmacy stock take count
Closing date: 20.02.2023
 Previous medical and GRV experience preferable
